It’s wild daisy season in my rock garden. I suppose some people would consider them weeds and yank them all out every year. I, however, am very fond of them. They soften the rocks and help give the garden more of a cottage feel. This is not to say, however, that I allow them to run rampant. They would happily take over if I did not help them exercise some control!
It amazes me how well they grow on the rocks, with barely any soil to anchor their roots. When I look at the garden during daisy season, I see flowers, not weeds!
Happy Daisy Days!
I really love your rocks! They make a beautiful background for your plants. We are just across the river from Chenango County. I used to live in Bainbridge too.
